When sleeping your body does not consume foods at all so during the morning as a means of the level of sugar in the body decreases drastically. But if you missed breakfast, inevitable consequence your body is forced to take reserves of sugar from the liver muscle layer called glycogen. This deficiency will cause an unbalanced problem of body metabolism that can have an effect on various diseases such as gastric complications and stomach ulcers. Therefore, the reason for giving intake in the morning with breakfast can make your body metabolism more balanced. Breakfast also can maintain your brain concentration in a convenient way. The brain needs energy intake to think with a good concentration of power. Breakfast is brain fuel, it can make activities run well. Representative samples have shown positive results that breakfast can help the brain concentration and ability to think. All in all, have breakfast every day is an important reason and gives a lot of advantages for your body.
